Urban Warrior™ OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP
5 Consecutive Weeks of Bootcamp classes on Sundays! Get your Vitamin D while getting your sweat on. This is an intense hour of Jennifer's own bootcamp style workout with a martial flair, followed by a 15 minute cool down, stretching and "homework" assignment for the following week. This includes nutrition challenges and lifestyle changes that maximize results, help you lose inches, get leaner and will have you beach-body-ready in no time. Location will be in a park close to Pico.

Frequently asked Q&A:
Q: 1. What if I have to miss a class?
A: That's ok. You will still get the weekly homeworks and try and make up the intense workout on your own.
Q: 2. Will my fee be prorated?
A: The fee is a flat fee like a membership fee. It is actually discounted this time around because I added an extra week and kept the same price as last time.
Q: 3. Do I need to be in great shape to participate?
A: No. All fitness levels are welcome. You can go at your pace and allow me to push you just a bit harder. You will be in better shape in 5 weeks than when you started.
Q: 4. Is this an ongoing bootcamp? What happens after 5 weeks?
A: The plan is to take Memorial Day weekend off and most likely start a new series. If there is enough interest I would like to add another day of the week as well.
Q: 5. Do I have to do the homework challenges?
A: You don't have to do anything in life. But if you do complete them, you will indeed feel better, stronger, and probably look better too :)
Q: 6. What do I need to bring?
A: Bring a yoga mat, bottle of water, and a no-excuse attitude!

Urban Warrior just added another weekly class at Swerve by popular demand! This intimate studio is perfect for the Urban Warrior who likes a smaller class size and more focused attention in a warm environment. Jennifer Cassetta is teaching her unique mix of boxing, kickboxing, yoga, conditioning and meditation to small groups of Urban Warriors (max. 20 ppl). So come early to sign up!
